Every roof should be inspected at least every couple of years for potential damages, manufacturers defects, and installation errors. Finding a leak too late can cost you greatly, and we stay on top of your roof! And damages reported too late to your insurance company can leave you buying a roof out of pocket before you should have to. Seemingly minor storms can do more damage than most homeowners and installers can assess. Having a fully qualified roof assessor inspect your roof is every homeowners best bet. You may have damages that are easily overlooked by other contractors that may be covered by your homeowners insurance. We work with insurance companies to restore your roof to new! We provide a written report, meet with adjusters to go over noted and documented damages, and provide aerial and close-up photos to support any claim we make. We also provide photos to homeowners in retail jobs of our inspection, removal, underlayment installation, and roof covering installation; from start to finish! These photos and warranty information will be provided to your insurance company as well, and could potentially lower your premium.

Yes, we provide a detailed inspection for free and will work with your insurance to get your home back to its predamage condition. I know you'll be impressed by our quality and professionalism!
We do all types of residential roofing! We also do commercial and flat roofing. This is actually how we got our name. We Do everything from wood shakes to metal roofing and everything in between. Integrating these systems is, in many cases necessary to properly clad your roof. We're able to put the in-house knowledge to engineer a roof for any situation. We have the perfect system for your home!
There ae many factors that go into an insurance company paying for your roof. More knowledgable professionals are able to define what damages are most frequent and identify their presence. Seeing the claim through takes thick skin sometimes, but if I say its there, I will get it approved!
We provide one sheet of plywood for any minor damage. Anything beyond that is $65 a sheet, installed.
